Edmund is a proven leader in business management, operations & project management and planning & organisation. He has served his early career in the Singapore Armed Forces spanning multiple appointments from human resources, operations and capability development before joining the private sector and managed a $20M+ business with 1,000 employees as the Singapore country head for a UK MNC. He was previously head of human resources for Far East Organization's F&B Group.

Currently, he is a managing partner of a business advisory firm providing advisory and consultancy on corporate financing, human resources, organisational restructuring, financial management and regulatory affairs.

Edmund graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communications.

Jaimie graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Statistics. She has more than 26 years of experience in the financial sector, working in top global investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, Nomura and UBS in various roles as a Private Banker, Product Specialist and Corporate Advisor raising and managing Clients’ investments.

She spent 10 years in Insurance and Estate Planning and is currently expanding her knowledge and skills in the area of Philanthropy. She has a wide network of High Net Worth(HNW), Ultra High Net Worth(UHNW) & Corporate Clients from Singapore and around the Region. At the same time, she is also passionate and driven about sustainability which is reflected in her 10 years partnership with Waste2Wear where she represented the company in Sales & Business Development for Singapore & Malaysia, helped the company raise funds for growth and this year Waste2Wear will be listed on The Stock Exchange. She has used her extensive network and skills to raise awareness & funds for Waste2Weave & Ocean Plastics Social Initiatives.

Dr Andy Kuah is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT, fintech, and capital markets. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a strong software IT and banking background, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and financial acumen to the crypto space.

Dr Andy is an established financial advisor for technology strategy, financial due diligence, and IPO readiness, having played a key role in successful NASDAQ listings for GST Technologies and TDTH. He aims to support organizations innovating within the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain landscape

For Cryptocurrency, he focuses on DeFi and tokenized ecosystems. He identifies and supports early-stage crypto ventures, using his knowledge in AI, big data, and compliance to ensure commercial success. His leadership helps companies scale in both digital and traditional asset domains through strategic technology and market-driven approaches.

R. Raghunathan is the former Chief Executive Officer of the World Wide Fund For Nature (Singapore) Ltd. As CEO of WWF-Singapore for nearly four years from 2020 to 2024, he was focused on shaping conservation and sustainability strategies with global impact and local relevance, bringing communities, businesses and governments together to enable change. As a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Singapore, he also has more than 25 years of experience in management and business consulting, having spearheaded successful transformation strategies for organisations in Singapore and the region. He currently serves as a Director on the board of The Silent Foundation, a philanthropic grant making organisation in Singapore that supports charities that work on environmental sustainability and inter-racial harmony.
